The online veterinary technology program at Moraine Park Technical College is fully accredited, but they have voluntary suspended their program and are not currently accepting any new students.

The reason behind the suspension of this program are unclear at this time, but there does not appear to be any plans to re-instate it. Clinical Work/Mentors/Preceptors
Students must work with a clinical supervisor, which can be a veterinary doctor or a credentialed veterinary technician. These individuals must supervise your clinical tasks and are responsible for scoring your abilities. Clinical courses in this program require you to submit videos of yourself performing certain tasks, which will be reviewed and graded by your instructors.
Admissions Requirements
Volunteer/Work Experience 50 hours of shadowing experience: 25 hours in a small animal practice and 25 hours in a large animal practice.
